Hotels are by nature not a 9 to 5 business - Operating 24/7, seven days a week.
As such, the brief from the client was twofold:
01. Design a tailored, timed, and targeted creative program that notifies the in-house guest of all that the property has to offer from F&B promotions, to spa offerings, to special events - thereby ensuring a more pleasurable, informative, and memorable time during their stay.
02. Overhaul and modernize the hotel's personalized guest touchpoints and stationery.

One size does not fit all - This was our principal ideology.
The below showcases a contemporary refresh of the hotel's main points of contact, as well as an in-depth digital program integrated and displayed on numerous platforms - From web to mobile, to in-house tablets, to lobby totems, elevator panels, and other physical screens within the property itself. Additionally, they are translated into several languages and shown in select rooms, based on information received from the hotel's CMS; Coupled with strategic insights extracted from a deep dive into the demographics / psychographics of guests staying at the property.

The mobile application is currently available on both the 'App Store' and 'Google Play'.
